My New Favorite Jacket

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

My sister gave me this jacket for Christmas. I got to wear it this weekend and put it to the test. It was definitely waterproof in the wet snow. I LOVE the design. They have thought of everything. The hand gloves are my favorite part...they keep the air from entering. The hood does its job of keeping the weather elements out of your face. The snow skirt fit perfect. My first impression was my hips were too wide for the medium (usually a small/medium top and medium bottom). I was proven wrong. Extremely warm but the vents under the arms allow air if needed!

Love the Jacket

  • Gender: Female

Best jacket I have ever owned. Been in minus 20 degree weather, and warm and toasty. Columbia makes a great product and Backcountry has great prices and service.

everything you could need

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Love this jacket, love all the pockets and places to put things, the thumb loops were awesome kept wind and snow from getting under my gloves. Kept me very warm skiing in NH at temps of 15-25 degrees. Runs narrow at hips. Got a lot of complements on the green color.

Practically perfect in every way

This coat is excellent, very warm but not incredibly bulky and beautiful looking. I love it.
