A fine "resort" jacket for my 10 year-old snowboarder, with a simple and handy system for connecting/detaching the fleece liner, which can be worn separately without looking like, well, a liner. As another reviewer pointed out, the hood is skimpy and certainly won't fit over a helmet, but there aren't too many circumstances where a hood over a helmet will do much good. As a straight-up rain hood, it looks worthless. All in all, though, a good jacket for the price.

Fit great. Allows room to move freely when snowboarding. Keeps my son warm every time he goes snowboarding, even when it was windy and zero degrees. He loves it. Pocket zipper has great place to hang season pass.

My 7 year old likes the jacket and says it keeps him very warm, and we live in OH. I (Mom), however, wish the hood was more insulated - it is just a shell. Rest of the coat is perfect for OH winter wear and winter fun!
