Columbia made the Women’s Fireside Fox Fleece Jacket with soft After Ski Sherpa fleece and an offset front flap to blend together technical performance and casual style. While you could wear this Columbia jacket under your ski shell, the Fireside Fox Fleece would rather be downtown on a serious shopping spree.
Bottom Line: You don’t need to be in the mountains to take advantage of mountain-ready fabric.

I've received so many compliments on this jacket. It's super comfy, it keeps me cozy warm, and it fits perfect. I'm 5'2, 102lbs and the XS is just right. Not too big, but plenty of space. Highly recommended!!!
Is 200 fleece the warmest, does this jacket have sip closure,

300 is the warmest fleece, it is a zip closure, and I have no idea what you're talking about with that third one. The sleeves are fleece inside.Correct the sleeves are fleece through out so there is no knit liner.

The jacket ran a little small but still works for my wife with anything other than a heavy jacket. She loves the fact that it has a little more flair than most "practical" outdoor wear. Everytime she wears it she receives favorable comments on how fashionable it looks.
