I'm wondering how thick is this jacket. I think 250 g means the weight of the fleece fabric, not the jacket. Would anybody tell me a weight of the jacket size M?

Yes 250 g means the weight of the fleece fabric.
Hard to find the net weight of it...but I can tell you it is less then a pound...hope it help

Medium is 25" from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the back. There is no closing pocket on the interior, but there are two stuff pockets with the construction of the hand pockets
