I got this jacket for my 4 year old daughter because she was in desperate need of a rain jacket. This jacket does have a hood on it. I love the fact that it is reversable and it keeps her very warm. Product well worth the money!!
Yes it is! Wash on cold with a powder detergent. Tumble dry low.
