The Cloud Cap Digi women's watch is one of Columbia's most technical timepieces. This watch will help to train for anything from your first 5K to a full-on adventure race, and its fun colors spice up your workouts. Choose between 12- and 24-hour time. The Cloud Cap displays the month, date, year, and day. A ten-lap chronograph lets you track your workouts or time your miles. Four alarms keep you in tune with hydration, refueling, and time elapsed. The time counts up or down, and a backlight lets you check your time when you're running home at dusk.

Try this:
1. On the display showing the time, press and hold the light/Set button until the time starts flashing.
2. Once the time is flashing, if you press the start/stop button that should advance the hour. Once at the desired hour, press that mode button, now your minutes should be blinking
3. Continue this process till the time/date is correct. Once satisfied, press the light set button
