I was happy with the appearance and warmth of the boot but they were too large & had to be returned. They are also a bit stiff and would need time to break in.

This is the first pair of boots that keep my toes warm. I have Reynauds phenomenon so finding shoes that keep me warm are pretty hard to do but these are working great. I am a nature photographer and sometimes will spend 6 hours or longer out in the cold, with a lot of sitting in one place. The omni-heat in these have worked and my toes will only get slightly cold as opposed to the ice cold burning I used to get with other boots. And that's if I've just been sitting and not moving. When I'm walking or moving, my feet really warm up and aren't cold at all.
These are not for warmer weather or indoors as your feet will get really hot.

I love the way they look but will caution that they do feel more like a ski boot which I like but some may not. Very stiff and supportive around the ankle. I will be buying another pair when these wear out.

I highly recommend these for anyone that spends a lot of time outdoors in the winter. You won't be disappointed in their warmth.

I hesitate to buy shoes/boots online but these fit perfectly. I've hiked through mud, rain and snow and they are very warm and comfortable. I love the coverage, keeps the snow out. I'd buy again.

I have the Columbia 400 gram Thinsulate Titanium, black boots. I bought them about 5 years ago and wear them NON stop. I love them. I live in upper MN and they get full time use. I have worn out the inside fabic, but these boots work EXCELLENT. Warm and waterproof. I can not find them anymore. I just bought the columbia bugaboot Plus. Sure hope they can live up to my old one?

Is the insulation really warm? Could I wear them in warmer weather, or would my feet over-heat? Thanks.

It's pretty warm, I would not wear these boots in warmer weather.
