I'm 6'0, 210 lbs, and a large fits perfectly.

This is a good warm pair of pants. The built in gaiters are nice too. Don't wear anything heavy beneath, especially if your activity level is high. Side zips would have been handy.

i bought a medium, which was too small. I am 6'3", 195 lbs. 33/34 pant. will return and get a large.
