This base layer rocks. I can wear it on winter hikes in New England from bottom to top. Its pretty dang warm but thin enough to breath so I dont overheat when its warmer.
Edit: This is ideal for higher intensity activities. Not good for just hanging out in the snow.

It is so amazing. I wore my full winter layer get up, and worked up a pretty solid sweat during my hike. When I got home this shirt was completely soaked. and my next layer was not wet at all. Not to mention it was around 5 degree's outside and I never once felt cold. I even wear it now when it is a bit warmer out and it still does the job quite nicely. It does stink after 1 use, but that is minor in my book.

I purchased 2 of these during Black Friday, and am very pleased so far. I've used them when I go ski, probably about 7 times so far. They have done a good job keeping me warm on the slopes and look good too IMO. I am in between a medium and large size, but I went with the large. I find it more comfortable without sacrificing any performance.

Took a chance on this one not knowing much about it and have been very impressed with the quality and functionality.

It does exactly what you need this layer to do, keep you warm when it's biting cold and shed excess heat as you warm up. Fit seems true to size. Overall I'd give it a recommend to any guy looking for a solid base to their cold weather activities.

This base-layer is perfect for any winter activity. You do not get over heated while skinning, or sidestepping on a traverse because it wicks away your sweat. The heat reflector actually works, and you can feel the heat come back to you on colder days. It fits very comfortably, and I even forget that I am wearing it. I have under armor cold gear, and I enjoy this base-layer more. It also has a great price.

This is all I wear when I run in the winter. You really can feel the heat reflecting back to your body.I love it.

I was a cap buyer for ages... I moved to wool for 10 years... and then this came along. I have flushed the fur from my baselayer lineup after just one day in this baselayer. The OmniHeat makes it regulate. the first day of use was a Fall run. It was 38F and overcast. I wore this top with a light shell and was just fine on a jog for 2 hours. It did not wet out nearly as quickly as the other pieces i have worn.

Skiing... I went cat skiing and spent some time hiking in the high alpine. People were going hot to cold, as they hiked then sat and waited their turn. I was one temp all day and the temps/conditions were all over the place that day.

It regulates and fits great. This is the first 5STAR i have given
