I live in Wisconsin and I was wondering if this jacket is appropriate for a winter coat by itself. It can get down to below zero and we can have some nasty winter storms. Is this a good jacket for the whole winter?

Not really, If you plan to not wear anything under it and it will be that crazy cold..go for a high end down coat.

I love this jacket! It is lightweight, yet stays warm even in windy, blustery conditions. The hood is extra roomy as well and protects your head nicely. It also washes beautifully in your own washer. Just follow the directions on the inside tag. Have received several positive comments on the jacket and how nice it looks.
what is the sizing like? is it tight at the bottom if you order

RECOMMENDED!! The nicest insulated lightest jacket I've ever worn. The hood with the faux fur is like having ear muffs on! I find it to be very comfortable as well.
