Acadia jacket better than ever
After losing my Columbia rain jacket I needed a new one so I went to Columbia, of course, and I wasn’t disappointed. This new jacket is good looking and has all the great features Columbia is famous for (roomy pockets, etc.). And it’s lined which is a plus.

Looks great, but not waterproof.
I don't know why I have been suckered into buying this jacket not once, but twice. It is not waterproof. It's barely rain-resistant. I wore it for the first time today in the rain and I got soaked. My entire back was wet. I had everything zipped up tight. It happened with my other one as well, but it was old. So I bought this. Incredible that you can mark this as rainproof and when I got home tonight after less than 20 minutes in the rain, I was soaked.

sizing is very wrong
looks good quality but sizing is very off// ordered a 3X which is what I order all my jackets in from Columbia I have over 10-15 jackets but the sizing on this one is off around the shoulder area and even the hips/ not a good fit

Fit runs SMALL, especially if you might wear it over a long sleeve shirt and a sweater or flannel shirt.
