is the hat crushable? (or if it does get crushed, will it retain shape?) i need something for shade that looks good, but most hats are kind of hard to pack.

I wouldn't recommend "Crushing" this hat, I would recommend stuffing the inside with socks/underwear to help keep its shape and then you can pack it pretty safely.

I bought this Fedora for my husband and I have to say it looks real good on him, downright handsome. It's well-made and of nice quality. Def. not crushable. You'll even want buy a hat rack for it. I think he'd like another one of a different shade to match. It's a dressy hat so it can be worn with dressier clothes or add a little something to the casual.
