Would this parka due for winter camping/snowshoeing/skiing? If you are out in -20 degrees, with a decent quality insulating fleece layer underneath?

This Parka is perfect for winter camping, snowshoeing and skiing. Throw a fleece under it and you can stay out longer, on the dark side!
