I'm 5'9" and 160. Like my clothing loose and shorts

I'm 5'9" and 160. Like my clothing loose and shorts to my knee. I usually buy L b/c I run and bike and don't like a tight fit at waist and thigh. 32 waist or 34?

I love these shorts. They are comfortable, and I love the way they fit. They are also lightweight and dry very fast. I use them for biking, hiking, bouldering, and drinking beer afterwards. I am 6'3" and the 34 fits me perfectly; meaning they come down to my knee and not above or below it.
