Finally, a pair of hiking pants that are stretchy comfortable for scrambling and actually have pockets that are useful! So many pants look good, but alas, no pockets and no give in the material - all show and no go. These are great, would like to see more and also in short.

The stretch in this fabric is what gives it a 5 star rating. The DWR treatment and zippers to allow easy on and off over boots also deserve the 5 star rating. This pant/short combo goes w/me on summer, fall and spring backpacking trips and is an exceptional piece of functional clothing that also has style!
