You may lose your wedding band in big surf, or a body piercing stud (we won't get too specific here) in a wakeboard wipeout, but your timepiece will stay securely attached to your wrist when you're using Chums' The Band Water Watchband. The mesh polypro webbing stands up to exposure to the elements, and it drains and dries quickly when you emerge from the waves. The double wrap-around hook-and-loop design lets you fit the band over your wrist, or even over a wetsuit or foul-weather jacket. However you wear it, it holds on tight, no matter what kind of abuse you subject it to.

good for water or sweaty sports

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

this Water Band doesn't get stinky like the nylon version. a good replacement for the cracking rubber band on my dive watch.

    Good evening,

    would like to know if the particular strap is compatible with the suunto stinger .if it is I would like to order it. be sent to GREECE;

    Does not fit GShock

    • Gender:Male

    I bought this for my old G-shock (the old school ugly, indstructible rectangle) but the attachment strap appears to be 1/8" wider than the old "Chums" band I have and doesn't fit. Lain over a ruler, the new band measures 3/4" and the old band measures approximately 5/8". Nice band, but didn't fit.

    Does this include hardware to attach to the watch? Would it fit a Suunto Vector?

    Chums expects you to reuse the watchband pins that come with the watch. They have no way of providing pins to fit every possible watch on the market.

    I haven't held a Vector in a while, but based on the pictures of the band on, I don't think the Chums band will be compatible.
