We've had our chariot for about 4 months and have used it exclusively as a jogging stroller. Now that our little guy is a bit bigger, I wanted to give this a try. It's easy as pie to attach to the bike (any bike for that matter) and the chariot. It has extra safety connections on each attachment point. When riding with it, you can ride just like normal and I barely know it's there, even on corners. If you've got the chariot and like to bike, this is a no-brainer. Our little guy loves it.

We use this behind the bike a ton - nice easy rolling, easy to attach. Not to mention the trunk on the stroller makes for easy carying of whatever you need for your outing, empty those jersey pockets - ride free! Make sure to get the kid a helmet too!!

can this be adapted to beach cruiser and a different wagon... where are the specs. my thinking is 16" clearance from rear wheel bolt to allow 4 " swing clearance. I would like a blwon up picture to see if this can be adapted...

Safe-T

Make sure you REALLY tighten the quick release axel. My rear wheel came out of the drop outs from the trailer pushing back on the bike over a few bumps and hills and I wiped out (bike tipped over). However... I had attached the tow arm properly so the safety strap kept the trailer from rolling away, and although I was on the ground the trailer was totally upright - all as it should be. My 2.5 year old thought it was hilarious.

Necro-response, but I would wonder if they horizontal dropouts on a track bike. If it wasn't I'd be quite surprised given the fixed position dropouts or the ones that angle forward at about 45 degrees.

I'm glad to hear you are all right! But I would also caution other users to be sure to use the included LONGER quick-release axle, as it has more threads to grab and hold to keep it tight.

I don't like the price but it sure is easy and necessary in order to use with the trailer. Super easy to install. Takes 30 seconds. Get it. Love it.

I'm looking at the Chariot Cycling CTS kit. Does this come with wheel reflectors and a safety flag for added visibility on the roads?

It does come with an orange safety flag. Reflectors should have come with your carrier in the original packaging, although there is a lot of reflective material on the carrier itself. Also, if you really want additonal visibility, try the Stridelite Strobe Kit: http://www.chariotcarriers.com/english/html/accessories.php?accID=17

This should attach easily to any bike with a rear axle (that's most bikes). Even works with bolt on rear wheels.

You have to have "quick release" rear wheel (with the lever to take the wheel off. The bracket for attaching the trailer mounts to the quick release axle.Cheers.
