I have asked the guy on on-line chat similar question. He answered they are shipping goods to many places in Europe but not to Czech republic. I asked him additional question why. He said because vendor regulation. Ber, jak ber. Spise mi pripada ze na nas kaslou...Market protections are good for (some) retailers and great for the vendor. In the end I like the CX so much, that I bought it today in CZ (obviously much more expensive). Looking forward to use it anyhow.Diky, Honza

Hold the brake lever in and press the small button on top of the brake bracket (near your thumb). The brake will lock in the on position. Squeeze the brake lever again to release.Hope this helps.
