Anyone who owns Chacos will sing their praises. This sandal is just as deserving of that praise. I like the Z1 because of the ease of wearing it with socks (it's ok, I'm from Washington and don't have any fashion sense anyways, haha). Unfortunately, I am one of those unlucky people who sometimes gets blisters from Chacos; if I go more than a month without wearing the shoes, wearing them again is far from comfortable. Despite this, I love the shoes, especially when I remember to take them off inside (the sole is definitely a marking sole). I'm currently looking into buying a pair of ZX2s.

The Pro series is a marking sole whereas the Unaweep is a non-marking sole. The Pro is specifically designed for outdoor professionals who require an anti-slip compound that holds on wet rocks, root filled trails and steep climbs. The Unaweep is more casual but still is a combination of slip resistance and traction.

These are the best sandals I have owned so far! The arch support is excellent and the sticky bottom's rocks! I can finally trail blaze without slipping!
