True to Chaco

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The Otis is once again a great piece of footwear from Chaco. I have only had them a little while but they are already my go to casual shoe. Awesome footbed consistant with other Chacos and great quality upper.

Best shoe in a while

I ordered another pair even before the first ones have worn out. Sickest shoe I have owned in a long while. People comment all the time about them. Way to go Chaco. No more landscaping in my Chaco Z's

Really comfortable and obviously a must

I have always wanted to wear my Chaco Z/2s in the winter but let’s be honest…nobody does (or should) have feet like a Yeti. It’s now the middle of January and I wear my Otis’s just as much as I wear my Z/2s in summer. Fitting true to Chaco size, the foot arch is the same as my sandals. While the sole is actually made from a different compound, not the solid rubber of my Z/2s, it’s comfortable and soft. Laces snug up well for walking around. Getting into them can be a little difficult because the tongue doesn’t go down very far. Looks great under a nice pair of jeans or MK Teton Twill pants. I can wear them to work and they look just like any “ordinary” pair of typical office shoes. But let’s be honest, these are Chaco shoes…which are far for ordinary.

"...because the tongue doesn't go down very far." That's what she said.
