Stop when you want, not your shins.
Been using these for 2+ years when I run. They do an outstanding job of keeping my legs fresh. 2 Ragnar's, mtn. biking, basketball games, training runs and any other time when my shins act up. Allsport, believe it. They are holding up well to boot!
I wear them everyday after a run whether it was long, hard, easy, fast, whatever... They are great for recovery, true to fit. My shin splints have been slowly getting better and pressure on anything that hurts always helps and these sure are helping me.
I love these. I wear them during long runs and for a few hours after. They really help with recovery and I usually wake up the next day after a 13-14 mile run with fresh legs.
