If you step outside this winter, and your eyes don't immediately water from the cold, then it's knicker weather. There's no need to suffocate your legs with full-length tights if Old Man Winter is only a little grumpy. So, when you get a welcome break in the bone-chilling monotony of winter, slip on the Castelli Tenerissimo 2 Knicker for your ride. Featuring an anatomic cut made from proprietary fabrics, the Tenerissimo 2 will provide your legs with the ideal temperature for those base miles.

Don't call 'em tights for nothing...
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I run a medium in just about everything, but when I put these on, the seams creak and start to split. They give lots of support and are comfy on, but if you like a little more breathing room, go a size up.
Why the diaper????
Why do some cycling clothing manufacturers (especially women's) think a cycling pad has to cover your entire ass???? Actually, the pad on these knickers extends practically to my outer hips!! No, thank you! I'll leave the waddling to the ducks!
I will say that the material is very supportive and the inner lining is low-pile fleece which felt really warm. The waistband was also super comfortable. Castelli would have a great product with this knicker if only they did something about that pad!!!
For the Mature Woman - Dynomite.
Had to go through a couple pair of other Castelli Woman tights to get to this one, but its the pick for the girl who likes support, quality, no pinch, but rides you like a nylon stocking. No butt creep at all on this fine quality item. These have safety reflectors and a wonderful Kiss line Chamois. Hey, I'm her husband, and I know how to treat my lady to the best. I'll probably die trying anyway.
And special thanks to the Fantastic Support from Real Cyclist, I found all of their folks to be Top Notch.
Something about an Italian cycling pant made in China, though? Such is the way of the world.
