Talked to the CS folks at Backcountry.com and this is actually a sleeveless jersey. The image is wrong. :0)This is certainly a sleeveless women's jersey.

This is one gorgeous jersey! It's a show-stopper for sure and I'm thrilled with it. I ordered it in Black.
I found it runs a little big though. I expected it to fit a little tighter based on the sizing chart.
Change me.
