Description
A sleek-looking jersey with great feel and fabric performance.
Nothing beats a finely tailored piece of clothing, whether you're slipping into your work suit or have found the ideal pair of jeans. The Castelli Perla Full Zip Women's Short Sleeve Jersey will quickly become your favorite jersey because you'll immediately notice the perfect fit the Castelli tailoring offers.
Made from Castelli's Softflex material, the Perla Jersey has a soft stretchy goodness that will make all your other jerseys now seem a touch uncomfortable. With a gentle cotton feel, you'll think that the Perla is more for fashion than hard riding, but you'll quickly change your mind once you start hammering it in the saddle and realize how well it is keeping you cool on the road. The moisture management that the Softflex fabric provides will never leave you soggy; you can even use this at your spinning class and not come out of it a sopping mess. Castelli has taken care with the arm holes and neck line by giving them a microfiber trim that will feel soft next to your skin and will work overtime to keep these typically hot and sweaty areas dry.
Three rear pockets with the added measure of a zippered key pocket have been provided to hold all your goods. And don't worry ladies, Castelli has actually kept the pockets a good size (small pockets are a pet peeve of ours). The full-length YKK zipper will make your life much easier whether you need to zip it up quickly before the start of the descent, or you simply need to disrobe quickly for a pit stop along the route. Two reflective tabs have also been included so that you'll be visible even if you are caught out after dusk.
The Castelli Perla Full Zip Women's Short Sleeve Jersey has a charming embossed tone-on-tone scorpion logo on the left shoulder. It comes in Lilac and Pink with sizes ranging from X-Small through X-Large.
- Microfiber linings in the sleeves and neck provide chafe-free comfort
- Seamless arm and neck bands reduce abrasion points for all day pedaling
- Three back pockets store snacks and water while you rack up the miles
- A zip pocket holds valuables like an MP3 player or cell phone
- Two reflective back tabs help keep you visible
- Castelli creates clothing for skin-tight, aero fits; if you're looking for a traditional American fit, it's best to order one size up

Looks like hot pink...you can do a live chat or call B.C. for more detail. Also, try looking on Competitive Cylist.com for more alternate views/details; they carry most of the same product, and then some for bike related items. Hope this still helps for your future purchases!

I purchased the Castelli women's Luce jersey (see that item for my review on this site) as well as this Perla jersey. I loved the minimalist styling of the Perla jersey and the very form fit but realized after ordering the white color that...ahem, there were potential headlight issues and that's with just trying it on without any sweating yet. I am exchanging for the black color and that should solve that issue. Would give this jersey a 5 star if it was made of the prosecco fabric since that fabric is lighter and breathes better than softflex but still a solid jersey. I also have to kudos to the customer service. I purchased the jersey on sale and then it went off sale but got absolutely no hassling at all and was able to exchange for the black color- Kudos to the realcyclist customer service team! Thanks!

I love this jersey! The fabric is so soft and doesn't feel like typical jersey fabric. The fit is definitely a race fit so make sure you are buying the right size. I am 5'9 135lbs and bought a medium. It is tight, a race fit kind of way, but that is fine since I am using it for racing.

Awesome color awesome jersey. Wish sleeves where shorter but like that the band on sleeve is good enough it holds jersey higher on my arm.

I just received this jersey. I adore it. I like it so much I am buying another. I am not a small girl 5'7 - 140ish. Bought a size large and it fits perfectly. I'd say it runs smaller, but most race fit clothing does.
Love it!

This is my favorite jersey. I ordered it in white. I should order another. The fabric is super soft and it does not ride up. It fits tight, but comfortable.

I have two - the short sleeved and the sleeveless. I love them both. I am chesty (DD), ordered the L (in the shorts too). The sizing is snuggly but not tight. I am not small - 5'7" and the jerseys are just long enough. They don't really ride up. Basically, a luxurious feel on and off.

Just like the Body Paint bibs, an XS finally fits like an XS. Sleeves don't ride up on my skinny arms like my Capo jersey does. Fits race tight and feels great. A bargain.

This jersey is super soft and comfortable. I have two now and they are by far my favorite jerseys. I got them one size larger than normal since they do run a little small.

Hands down, my new favorite jersey. I've never spent this much on a jersey before, let alone on a pretty much plain black jersey but it was worth it. I got it to go with the black and lavender Louis Garneau equipe shorts, and it looks awesome. Nice material, very breathable and not too thin. I would recommend sizing up unless you want a very tight fit. I am 36-29-37 and like the way the XL fits.
