Castelli's Amore Socks use Meryl Skinlife in the knit. This fabric is bacteriostatic, meaning that its fibers maintain a natural balance on the skin regardless of activity level. And while the idea of having bacteria on our feet sends shivers all the way up our spines, our bodies need a balanced level to function optimally. The properties in the Meryl Skinlife help to keep this balance. The knit of the Amore features varying weaves and densities so that the socks feel like they are almost a second skin. The top of the foot is a diaphanous web, ultra-thin and highly breathable. This helps to keep your feet feeling dry even in the heat of summer. The arch area has a high density band woven in to support your foot and the heel is tightly knit to prevent slipping. The socks are short so that you won't end up with that goofy mid-calf tanline.

The Castelli Amore Socks are available in sizes Small/Medium, Large/X-Large. They are available in four colorways that coordinate with Castelli jerseys and shorts: White/black, White/drive blue, White/fuchsia, and Black.
