I've seen a lot of camp pillows, and this thing is actually comfy. I wish it packed a hair smaller, but I guess if you are really looking to save space/weight you aren't even bringing a pillow.

This pillow works great, especially for long trips by plane or bus. Although it's too large (it is the large size) for most people to take backpacking but in situations where you can spare some space it's worth having. This made the 80+ hours I spent riding on a bus around New Zealand much, much better. It compresses well but still gives a decent amount of support. I'd say if you have the room, it's worth it.
