I actually bought 2- the java striped and black because it's so flattering and easy to dress up or down. Not a fan of the sleeves, so I actually tuck them under which works relatively well. Sizing is dead on.

This dress design is super flattering - great for hanging out but also appropriate for a casual work enviro. Fabric is super comfy, doesn't wrinkly, would be great for travel. Sizing is solid too. I don't think i could live without this dress, seriously.
