Great shorts, but check the sizing

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:Runs small
  • Height: 6'1"
    Weight: 190 lbs
    Size Purchased: 36

Great set of shorts, very well built with durable materials. While I've only had these for a few months, it's clear they will last me many years. They're not a lightweight short by any means. Great when wrenching out in the garage or out camping. They do run small however. I wear a 33 or 34 in almost everything else, but had to go with the 36 to get a good fit.

Holy Durability!!

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:Runs small

Awesome shorts, durable, and ready to get to tinkering on bikes, vehicles, or outdoor adventures. They run small like all Carhartts for gentlemen with large tooshes...

Nice Shorts

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:Runs small

Inexpensive, but quality short. Stops just below the knee.

Sizing runs a little small. I am 6'-0" 175 lbs. I normally wear 32". If you are considering these shorts, I would suggest going with +1-2".

Favorite Shorts

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I've worn these shorts to the office, to the mountains, the lake, and just about everywhere else. They are very durable and don't appear to wear down at all. The length is perfect, they fall just below my knees.

great shorts

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

what you expect from carhartt pants.. fit great and i am assuming they will last forever in whatever kind of work i can put them through

  • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it
  • Fit:Runs small

Not a very comfortable pair of shorts. Carhartt seems to have an issue with sizing - every pair seems to be a crap shoot when it comes to sizing. Returned.

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

Carhartt quality as standard. These short are heavy duty an just fantastic. I was worried as sometimes you need to order a size up on Carhartt pants but these were true to size. I'll likely order another in a different color.

This things are thick which makes them pretty stiff. I'm sure they are awesome once they break in, but I couldn't get into to them. If you're looking for a durable short, these are them!

These shorts are not breathable or soft, but like all Carhartts, it takes a while for them to reach their prime. I wouldn't say they are true twill; they have quite a bit more of a polyester feel than I was hoping for. But man, can you beat these up. They don't show dirt much at all, and the price is awesome. I think the inseam is more like 12" but maybe that's just the way they sit on my waist. They cover my knees and I wear a 30-32" pant inseam.

      Great buy

If you have ever had Carhartt pants/shorts before, you know that they are thick and built to last. These shorts were worth every penny. I have had these for a couple of months now and they have not shown any signs of wear. I loved them so much I bought a second pair in a different color.

        Carhartt Quality

If you know Carhartt products, you will love these Twill Work shorts for the summer. They have a firm hand when you first get them, but will soften after a few washes. The twill fabric is rugged, just what you would expect from Carhartt. I am 5'10", 135 lbs and I feel these shorts run a bit small in the waist. I went with the 34 waist and the fit is very good. Just enough room to tuck your shirt in comfortably, and I always wear a belt to fine tune the fit. These shorts are definitely on the longer side. They fall probably 1.5 to 2 inches past my knee cap, sitting comfortably on my hips. Work stylie, durable product, and at $30, how can you go wrong? I would highly recommend these if you like longer style Twill walk shorts a la Dickies and Ben Davis.

          Durable pants

I bought these for my Husband. They are durable, look good and great for working or hiking. Longer in the length, and run a little snug around the waist.
