Carhartt Sandstone Ridge Jacket - Men's - 2006 BCS

First of all, it is a coat, not a jacket. I like the way it fits, looks and feels. I like the lined hand warmer pockets. The coat moves with you and does not ride up your arms or back. It does get warm if you wear it indoors but it does not get sweaty like a down coat. The coat is more expensive than the chore coat but there is no comparison. This coat is great.

Bought this jacket 1 size to big, returned it for the right size.

I love this coat. I use it for chores taking care of horses, and ride in it. It is cut with splits so in the saddle it still fits and doesn't bunch. As dirty as I get it, a few seconds with a brush and it looks great again. Now, instead of changing jackets, I wear less under it as it has become my favorite.

I bought this coat in dark brown for my brother for Christmas. It was an A+ gift, he loves it. Ordering & shipping were quick and easy. He has received a ton of compliments on it - who knew men cared so much about Carhartt products. My brother is an avid hunter and outdoor type of guy. As he examined the pockets and flipped up the collar, he said the coat will be perfect for quail hunting (sorry birdies).

I bought the camel color - it looks and feels much better than the images suggest. It's a tough, heavy fabric but it has a nice soft finish to it & the interior is very cozy.
International shipping was impressive - I like being able to track exactly where the package is at any time. It arrived in two business days. Very happy with service and highly recommend the coat.
