Carhartt Sandstone Detroit Jacket - Men's

Had this one for 2 years, still looks new. Stops the wind, but vents nicely. No break-in required, very soft for such a tough material. I normally take a Medium, but have a broad chest; the Large hits me at the waist and has enough chest room, which is perfect. Even though the arms are still a tad long after going up a size, this still isn't a problem for me. Zippered inside and breast pockets are a real plus, plus the colors are great. what's not to love?

Good material but the arms were way to long and the chest way to short, it looked terrible on me - maybe a better fit for a cowboy is all I could picture. I cannot speak to it's warmth as I sent it back immediately. I haven't given up on Carhartt just yet though...

I was so excited to get this for my boyfriend, but it's way short... He's a skinny guy so I got him a medium, and it fits fine in the arms and chest, but it's short and looks kinda goofy.

Despite that, it's a very nice jacket. Durable and warm and it's a nice color (the dark brown). I wish he had not thrown out the receipt because we would have exchanged it for a large...

I love this jacket. I have had numerous compliments from people on the street on how nice the jacket looked. The zipper is a little rough going up and down. The fit is excellent.

I have been a Carhartt user for years and love the way this thing wears under any condition. It is my number one work jacket, and my number one play jacket for many uses. I love the cut (helps me look like I have a waist). The pockets do feel a little high. But overall, an awesome jacket.

I bought 3 of these jackets for my brothers for Christmas, but when they arrived, they looked way to short for them, so i returned them and bought different ones, they did the return so quick I was really Surprised so i bought three different jackets and they are great, they'll love them, thanks!
