Great pants. The older they get the more I appreciated them

Wearability
I am out on the street every day, I like pockets, sizing and that they are double knee, would be willing to pay a little more if they were a little tougher.

Have always loved these pants, they are great. Although I always have too cuff my slacks because I have short legs, and Carhartts shortest legged pant is a 30" leg.

Great but?
These jeans are great but with the size of phone's nowadays carhartt is really behind in the size of pockets. They always wear through really fast where I carry my phone and it's no reasonable to have it in my nail bags as a carpenter. Pockets need to be a little deeper

Great pants -- wish they offered a 100% cotton relaxed fit
I have worn Carhartt pants for 20+ years as my everyday pants, not just work. They used to not be able to be beat and are still pretty good when you can find a pair like these that are 100% cotton and sit high on the waist. I love these pants still and just bought a pair at my local Carhartt store, but I wish they sold them in a Relaxed fit. As far as I can tell, Carhartt only sells 100% cotton pants as Loose fitting and all the Relaxed fit are Rugged Flex. I'm not a fan of Rugged Flex and wish that that clothes manufactures would offer more options without spandex, or any other stretchy artificial fiber. (I'm not doing jazzercise with these pants folks!) These pants also have a waist that sits high, which is the only type of pants that fit me. I would love to see more clarification on the web-site on which pants sit high versus low on the waist-- the only pair I see in Relaxed Fit I can see ride low on the waist, which is non-starter for me. (Low riding waist = Plumber's crack) I need pants to be functional and low riding waists do not fit my butt well and I'm not overweight.
