Style revolution.

Raise hell when you hit the slopes in the Cappel Men's Riot Jacket. A revolt against boring ski jackets, the Riot features streetwear-inspired fabrics and a tailored fit so you can express your style while staying dry and warm.

The fabric features Aquapel waterproofing to keep you dry in all but the wettest conditions and taped critical seams to prevent moisture from seeping in through the cracks. The tailored fit is slim to give it a skate-style look that's stylish whether you're in the park or at the bar. Elastic sides at the hem and a powder skirt prevent snow from getting in your jacket when you're in the deep stuff. Mesh-lined chest vents promote airflow to keep you cool when the session gets heated, while the Velvety Comfort chin guard and collar keep your neck cozy when the wind is whipping.

The Illest!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This jacket has a long, slimmer fit which I love and haven't found in a lot of jackets lately. It is a waterproof, softshell-type material that has a good amount of stretch and is super comfortable. The four pockets on front are easy to open/close with gloves on. This jacket has a generous amount of room around the neck when fully zipped so you have plenty of room to wear a thick gaiter without feeling restricted. There are 3 buttons on the cuffs that will accommodate any thickness of glove your wearing. The jacket does not have cinch straps around the bottom hem. That being said, they really aren't necessary because the jacket is cinched a little already. For sizing, I am 5'6", 160 lbs, my torso length is 16" and my chest measurement is 36.5". I went with a size medium. Check out the photo I posted to see the fit of it. Lastly, the only peeve I have with the jacket is that the powder skirt is not removable. If that doesn't bother you, I definitely recommend this jacket! I love it!
