Cool Capo comfort.
The Capo Riserva Long Sleeve Jersey is made from their Winter Micro Quattro fabric. This material is a dual-layer brushed polyester that gives the jersey just the right amount of heft to keep the cool weather from penetrating to your core. The fleecy interior acts as an insulator as well as a moisture manager. We all recognize the importance of keeping our skin as dry and temperature neutral as possible. The Capo Micro Quattro fabric offers the perfect balance between toasty warmth and ventilation.
With its sleek race cut, you can pair this with your Riserva shorts or knickers during cool spring races or pull it on for weekend 'cross races. The design matches the rest of your Riserva lineup, but is also clean enough to suit just about anyone's taste and shorts design. Three patch pockets in the back will help you carry any supplies you need, from wallets and mobile phones to keys and wind breakers. The full-length zip makes it simple to ventilate and also gives you the option of taking it off easily mid-ride and shoving it into a short sleeve jersey pocket if the weather warms up more than you initially expected.
The Capo Riserva Long Sleeve Jersey comes in Black with Blue accents and is available in sizes Small through XX-Large.

THis is such a well made item and looks great. The inner fleece is so soft and works well with base layers for biking in the cold, while venting moisture. Not much different from the current line which is the moderna. Looks great, feels great- definately get one!
Good quality jersey
Well constructed dual layer jersey. Fleece like interior lining soaks up sweat well with a good looking outer layer.
Typical euro style with high cut armpits and extra long sleeves.
As I say in all my reviews: Sizing is always a huge challenge for me. I spent a lot of time in the gym prior to getting into cycling. At 5'3" 170lbs with a relatively low body-fat percentage nothing ever fits just right in cycling wear. I got this in the XL and its just a little tight in the armpits. Don't notice it when on the bike due to the arm extension and I forget about the tightness when I'm off the bike after a few minutes. Fits fine around the waist. No flapping in the breeze. The sleeves are ridiculously long on me and I have to tuck in about 3" as I have to do with anything long sleeved that I get.
Overall a good fall/winter jersey.
Warm and well made
This is my first LS jersey, so I really didn't have any references for comparison. The material is warm, not as warm as the material used in a winter jacket, but warm enough down to the low 30's with a SS baselayer and a SS jersey.
The fit is race fit, which is fine by me as I can put my team kit SS jersey over it when racing in cold conditions.
I'm at 5'8.5" 152lbs, and i got the jersey in sizes small and medium but returned the medium as it needs to fit inside my other jerseys.
It is not the lightest but it is my best LS. It fits way better than my Giordana LS, too tight. I am 5'8" 150 and the M fits me perfect. I should have got this long time ago.
Fit wasn't for me
I picked up the Capo Riserva LS jersey to match my Riserva bib knickers. This was my first LS jersey - so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was dissapointed in the fit. The torso fit me perfectly with a nice, tight "race fit." However, the sleeves were what caused me to return this item. The sleeves were loose fitting and would certainly flap in the wind. The length of the sleeves was perfect, but the only way I can explain the fit of this item was that the torso fit like a jersey, but the sleeves fit like a jacket. Had the sleeves been tight fitting, I would have kept the item, but decided this wasn't for me and returned it. Other than the lack of fit, I thought the quality was adequate as well as the style.
Does the long sleeve jersey have a thin...
Does the long sleeve jersey have a thin fleece-like lining? Or is it the same material as the short sleeve jersey? Thanks!
Yes, this jersey is made from a dual-layer polyester that is brushed on the inside to give it a fleece feel. It is much heavier than a typical short-sleeved jersey.
