    Better than frostbite.

What do you get when you combine the warmth and moisture-wicking ability of high-pile fleece with the weather-blocking abilities of OutDry material? The Capo Lombardia LF OD Gloves of course. Form-fitting with a hook-and-loop closure, the Lombardias fit comfortably without that boxing-glove feel. Grip enhancements ensure your paws keep a firm grip on the handlebars, because crashing in bad weather is never fun.

    Gloves for the temperate rainforest

Since their are no reviews up yet, I'll write a few lines. I got these gloves specifically for the 40 degree wet weather we have for 9 months out of 12 here in the Pacific Northwest. Like the description above says, "without the boxing glove feel" is exactly what I wanted, and I am quite happy with the Lombardias for that reason alone. It is hard to shift Campy with boxing gloves, let alone soggy ones. I didn't try them alone when the temp was closer to freezing, and they never soaked through when wet. I buy my gloves a tad on the large size, which allowed the use of thin liners with these. Did not put enough miles on them to address durability, but they seem well made. I usually buy out-of-season, and rarely pay retail, but for these I did. At under $50 I would almost consider buying a backup pair. And of course they are "Capo". (FWIW, country of origin for these is Sri Lanka).
