Capita knows that you don't need expensive carbon fiber topsheets and other space-age technologies to deliver the pop and power that you crave in a board. The Thunderstick Snowboard uses good old fashioned camber and a lively poplar wood core to give you what you want without putting a big dent in your finances.
While other boards employ expensive additives and questionable technologies to make up for the lack of pop and power inherent in their rocker and hybrid shapes, the Thunderstick uses traditional camber to get the job done without any gimmicks. Form 6 biax fiberglass keeps it loose enough for pressing and buttering, while a lightweight poplar core adds snap and liveliness. The extruded base is easy to repair after you ding it up on the rail line in the park.
