The hood can be removed when the skies and clear and calm, or tightened up when the gusts seem to be coming from every angle. It also has a tricot-lined chin guard to give your face refuge from the storm. The front zipper is concealed by a storm flap to keep the cold breeze out, and it's toppped off with military button closures for a refined finishing touch.
