Extra on coverage, light on weight.

The Canada Goose Women's Hybridge Lite Down Coat compresses into its own pocket so you can take it on every chilly adventure. Quilted with premium 800-fill down insulation, the Hybridge Lite brings the warmth without the weight and compresses to fit in packs filled with hiking, camping, climbing, and skiing gear without a problem. Canada Goose made this coat out of a durable Feather-Light fabric that definitely lives up to its name, and Tensile-Tech side panels ensure excellent stretch for uninhibited mobility.

Canada Goose also added a DWR coating for water-resistant protection on the dreary days. A slim fit gives you such a flattering figure that you may end up wearing the Hybridge Lite in town too. The hood has a Lycra edge to secure itself across your head, and thumbholes keep the sleeves in place. Reflective taping helps keep you visible in low light scenarios.

Seriously, so warm and so extremely light! The color is beautiful-not a harsh silver as pictured, but seems to be more of a silver/white(less grey tones more white). The sleeves are long, which is great because I am 5'9 and typically have a difficult time finding such a good fit. The sizing is larger and the fitting is very lovely.

    love love love

I love love love this coat. The fabric, the light-weightness and warmth was fantastic but overall I was looking for something that was just was a beefy heavy down coat. There are thumb holes and stretch side pannels with out the down baffling that make this coat much more attractive than other brands. The quality and fit was perfect and compared to other brands that I tried on this coat was by far the winner when it came to fit. I would suggest going a size smaller than you normally wear as canada goose sizing runs small. You can wear it as a stand alone piece since but it's so slim and minimal that if I lived in canada & had to sit outside & watch hockey all day I would wear this coat under another coat. - written by my wife liz kuz

First off, the color of the coat on screen does not match the actual color at all. The color on my monitor looks like a bluish-purple and in real life it's a more brownish purple, like a plum color. I was very disappointed. The fabric is also very thin and weirdly shiny. I felt like I could see the inner down too well through the outer fabric. My comment in general is that for a $550 coat, I was definitely not impressed at all. Patagonia coats are better made to me, and they don't cost as much.

This is the second time I have received a product from Backcountry that is significantly different in color in real life than it is onscreen. You guys need to hire someone who's better at color correction who can get a little closer in color to the real thing.

At the moment I am up in Calgary working on a job. Can you ship it up here ? Also if I purchase it online is it still gard for life ? Is the black one on sale ?
