Don't use that screwdriver.

The Campagnolo Tire Lever for Carbon Clincher Rims solves a problem that most people don't realize until it's too late. Trying to remove tightly-beaded tires from carbon clincher rims with squared-edged or metal tire levers can permanently damage the rim beds or rim beads, compromising the structural integrity of the rim. These strong composite plastic levers are specially shaped to operate similarly to a standard tire lever, but place minimal pressure on any area of the aforementioned rim areas, notably reducing the risk of doing any damage. As a bonus, they're super lightweight, so feel free to take along an extra or two for your next ride.

Lack of technical information

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

OK, I know...what's to know about a tire lever? I think these tools are a microcosm of a bigger problem frequently seen when evaluating equipment: 1) All information online is just a paste of what the manufacturer has provided 2) Engineers have carefully provided features that are never explained For example, look at the non-spade end of these levers. Something very specific has been created by Campy designers on these levers; sorry you will never find out what it is. Campy support does not recognize these levers even if you paste the product number into their search engine. The user manual that comes with the Shamal wheelset says nothing at all about the levers. The specific bag included with the wheels that has the levers and valves has no information about any of it. Included instead is a massive foldout sheet with multi-language product guarantee conditions. It takes some additional effort to simply figure out that the gizmo included with the levers is for removing the valve core. It's a shame so much careful product design never gets realized by the users because the manufacturer and retailer provide no information on the technical details of the products. The spade end is really nice. That's all I can say.
