    These are the same pads you get factory-installed in a new set of Campagnolo Record brake calipers. Please note that this is the rubber only. You'll need to remove the remnants of your existing pads and install these pads in your original pad holders. You'll get a total of four pads here -- that's enough for one complete bike. These pads are compatible with Record and Chorus calipers from the year 2000 to now.

    kinda soft

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

    these do appear to be identical to the pads that came with the brakes. why then have they only lasted about half as long? i got maybe a year and 10,000km on the original pads. after almost 3,000km, the replacement pads are worn almost totally away. also, this may be pilot error (repairman error?), but no matter how i adjust the brakes, i don't seem to be able to eliminate the squealing. it didn't happen with the original pads, hence my confusion. i really liked the original brake pads and the brakes. not so much these replacement pads.



    caveats: the brakes are on a fixed gear and i like to ride hills so the brakes get way more use than if they were on a bike with a freewheel.
