Here is the size chart from the CAMP USA Website.

Go big

This is my go-to harness when I want something super light but need to keep real gear loops and might have to deal with a hanging belay or two. I wore this one on the Direct South Buttress of Mt Moran (complete to the summit), and it never gave me any issues. I wouldn't wear it at the Creek or anywhere that required a massive rack or on sport climbs that I was still working, but for long alpine rock or redpoint efforts, it's a solid choice.

Can anyone tell me if the waist belt is...

Can anyone tell me if the waist belt is floating so that you can centre the gear loops on this harness (like the Quartz CR3) or is it fixed?

Also do you sacrifice much comfort in this harness over the CR3?

This harness does not feature a floating waist belt like the Quartz. This is Camp's high performance, lightweight all around harness, and is not as comfort oriented as the Quartz. The Edge load construction on this guy doesn't disperse load as well as the padding on the Quartz.
