The Camp USA Rapid Backpack is designed for ultralight skimo racing and features a host of technical features to get you up and down swiftly. Your avy gear can be stored in a separate pocket so it's easily accessible, but out of the way of your other equipment. The Rapid features two different ski-carry systems, depending on the type of race. The Sprint Hook system can be engaged and disengaged without ever taking off your pack, shaving precious seconds off your time. In a similar fashion, an accessible crampon pocket can be accessed without having to take the pack off as well, letting you switch things up on the fly. Pockets on the shoulder straps allow you to keep gels and other energy necessities close at hand. In case one of your party is faster than the other, you can use the Truck Bull tethering system to help the leader shoulder some of the load and keep the party together.
