    Surprisingly Light

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Full disclosure, I only bought this because I'm taking a guided climb with a company that, for reasons unknown to me, requires a triple-action carabiner . Insurance probably. But this thing won me over when I felt how light it was. Like other CAMP biners it's well designed, and the sleeved locking mechanism is smooth and works well with gloves on. My biggest fear about triple-lockers is ice and packed snow, but this is built in a way that probably won't let much in, should I encounter it.
