For both slot-canyons and below-ground adventures, the CAMP Eldorado Canyoneering Harness keeps going strong trip after trip. The PVC seat and reinforcements ensure you don't wear through the Eldorado' nylon after a couple squeezes. A steel clip-in point adds to security during long rappels, and two gear loops hold everything you need for technical descents and ascents.
Bottom Line: Tough enough to handle anything you throw its way.

Not a good harness for frogging while caving

This harness would not be a good harness for vertical caving with a Frog ascending system. The harness clip in point is way too high for your croll ascender, so you wouldn't be able to tighten it down and would spend most of your time hand feeding the rope through it.
It does look like a pretty good harness for canyoneering, especially for the price. Nothing worse than shredding your new harness in a sandstone slot canyon after a couple of trips!
