The claim is this has anti-freeze technology. The hose froze inside the shoulder strap at 10F when I went snowboarding. Camelbak rep was rude and said I need to drink from it every 5 min or it will freeze. Nothing on their product description says this.

I did not have the same hose freezing incident as another reviewer stated. I skied in NY this past weekend with -25F windchill for 6 hours straight and the hydration tube did not freeze. I maybe drank from it 3 times during the day and had no issues whatsoever. Also fit very well around my 5'7" frame with a ski jacket, especially with the strap that wraps around your waist to secure the pack. it didn't hinder any movement going down the slopes, either. I highly recommend!
