Three cheers for water.
- Easy to use filter system reduces chlorine and odor found in tap water
- Plant based carbon filters treat up to 30 gallons and save countless disposable bottles from the land-fill
- Sip easier with the Big Bite valve that closes tight to prevent spillage in your bag or car
- Groove water works to improve the taste of your tap water, in no way does the filter remove harmful viruses, bacteria, or protozoa from water

I want to buy this, but does it make any like squeaky (or other awkward) noises when you drink out of it?
In my experience with these bottles they do not make squeaky, awkward noises unless you really want them to.
If you like Brittas, you'll love this
WIsh it had fast water flow after runs/hikes where I am in desperate need of water, but with the built in filter I love the fact I get good tasting water out of almost any faucet or water fountain.
Great idea, poor execution
I bought this and then went on a 28 day backpacking trip through SE Asia. I got it because I wanted to try a stainless water bottle, while maintaining the ability to sip from it. At first it worked well, but after the first week, the top began to leak if it was stored in a non-vertical manner. This is fine while hiking and traveling with it on a back pack, but set the bag down it will drip onto everything.
Steel is nicer than plastic!
I received this as a gift as well, in the White color.
My favorite part of this bottle is the option to remove the filter/straw attachment if you don't want it. Which makes room for slightly more water and sets it up so you aren't sipping through a straw to get your water out.
The 'Steel' Groove bottle is actually nice and durable with minimal denting so far. It is a bit heavier than the plastic version, but it's not incredibly noticeable. The only real issue I have is the bite valve as it can hold onto some additional pressure which makes water squirt at you/on your stuff if you're not careful. I worry a slight bit about the valves durability, but no issues so far.
