Slip the included Podium bottle in the CamelBak Delaney Hydration Lumbar Pack, tighten the bungee cinch system, adjust the waist-belt, and stash an energy gel in the pocket. Then head out for your trail run. A quick-release loop makes it easy to reach back and grab the bottle. This squeezable, BPA-free bottle uses a leak-proof shutoff system and a valve that lets you easily sip or squirt.

Very comforable to wear while running. Easy to pull the water bottle out and replace it with minimal disruption to running pace.

Not sure if you are looking for exact measurements but the pocket is small. My wallet will not fit but my car keys and cash folded in 4th will.

First of all, u have to been someone that doesn't mind a lumbar pack. I can carry all i need for a great training run and, other than when the bottle is completely fun, it is hard to tell that i have it on. Great pack for the light weight runner.
