CamelBak Day Star Hydration Pack 2L - Women's - 2009 BCS

This daypack is perfect for my needs! It holds plenty of water, and keeps it cold for a long time. Plenty of room for other gear. Love how it cinches down to a smaller size when the pack isn't full. Comfortable to wear, too!

I have used this pack for climbing, hiking, biking (mountain and road)... even a stroll in Central Park. Good sized pack with enough water capacity for an outing and pack capacity for snacks, a windbreaker and cell phone. Mesh pockets inside the front pocket are great at keeping smaller items handy.

My wife loves this pack. Easy to carry, stores plenty of fluids, and fits her frame well (5'7" with a longer torso). It has become a necessity in the outdoors.

I am training for the 39-mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and bought this pack upon the recommendation of Backcountry customer service. My reservoir had a pin hole in it, but they replaced it without any hassle at all. It really does keep my water cool. The fit of the pack is great; I've had no problems with chafing. I sweat like crazy (it is summer in Tennessee, after all) and the back and the straps are never soggy and they dry quickly. It is more than big enough for the few things I carry: bug spray, snacks, sandwich, gatorade, camera, foot balm, various bandaids and ointments and if it ever cools off again, there will be plenty of room for a fleece/jacket.
