CamelBak Better Bottle w/ Classic Cap - .75L - 2008 BCS

My cupboards are stocked with these bottles in all 3 sizes. I use them for every type of drink there is and they never retain a smell or stain after washing. The cap seals very nicely and I have never had a leak. The cap will sometimes have some liquid in the threads or the top of the cap when you unscrew and it may cause a tiny spill but it really is no big deal. These bottles are bullet proof but unfortunately they slide down an icy slope very fast, so keep it tied down if it is on your pack.

I love the top in comparison to Nalgenes, east to hold, easy to open. I got the pink for my girlfriend in order to qualify for the free shipping, it was a good choice. She loves it and takes it to class and work with her everyday. It was small enough to fit in her bag(big purse), but give her enough liquid for the day. We had no problem with ours. Highly recommended if you aren't in the market for a large bottle.

So far this bottle is holding up just as well as my old lexan Nalgene bottles held up. There's no plastic taste, but I still don't put hot liquids in it. It has survived some falls, being strapped in a raft, getting thrown around truck and 6x6 beds, and stayed in tact. The .75 size fits in my Subaru's cupholders, too. This plastic seems to be a little weaker than lexan, because I can flex the sides of this bottle a bit.

I love this bottle. I prefer the simple screw top to other fancier bite valves and gimmicks that always end up leaking in my experience. Bomber construction, will last forever, at least until your friend runs it over with his truck. The outfitter replaced it no questions asked, and I just remember to keep it away from my friend!

This bottle is probably my favorite bottle out of the entire Camelbak line and Nalgene. It had the simple design, which is there for reliability. It also has a screw top, which I have found I prefer as opposed to the bite top. The size is still a bit small, but definitely better than the .5L. I would absolutely suggest getting one, two, or three of these bottles.

I bought this water bottle when I trashed all of my Nalgenes for being non-bpa free. I like the size and the design of the bottle, but am withholding one star because I really liked being able to attach the Nalgene to the outside of my pack using the lid. I realize that I can just use a carabiner but that's extra weight and another piece of equipment to keep track of.

I love this bottle so far. I drink a lot of water, and as a college student, I need something that I can easily carry around with me. This bottle is super easy to hold and twist open, and it fits in the side pocket of my backpack. I had a Swigg water bottle before this, and the material inside the top of the bottle began to peel, and the water had a metallic taste because of the bottle. No metallic taste with Camelbak! This bottle is also SO much easier to clean than the Swigg because of the large opening. But the opening isn't too big that water spills on you when you drink, which I was worried about. I'd definitely recommend this bottle to anyone!
