My HAWG is 17 years old and I needed a bigger pack for me, the woman, and kid on single-day adventures or to commute by bike with enough clothes. This Camelbak seems to be more rugged than the fourteener and fit better for a longer torso.

Good day hike pack, fits everything you would need, but anything more then that, and its to small. Been taking it up on winter hikes, and It barely fits all my layers. I bought an insulated bladder, and modified it a bit to fit my snowboard.

I bought this bag to replace my gym bag and use it almost every day. Its a hands-free and hassle-free way to carry everything I need before and after I hit the gym. On top of that, I got a great sale price from Backcountry to save me about $30 of money. Compared to a few other packs I was looking at, this one includes a hydration pack ($30 retail) for hiking as well, another bonus. It was packaged sufficiently and came in a reasonable time.
