Pants that will keep you riding no matter what the conditions are.

When you're out there riding no matter what the conditions are, you need a pair of pants that can handle anything. The Burton Men's GMP Vent Pants have all the protection you need to stay dry on storm days, and plenty of ventilation to keep you comfortable when spring rears its ugly head.

The Dryride Durashell keeps your ass dry on icy chairlifts and protects when that two feet of fresh powder the weather guessers called for feels more like three inches of slush. The Cross flow ventilation system uses vents on the inner and outer legs to cool you down quick on those toasty spring days, and the Exhaust lining system uses a combination of mesh and taffeta to wick moisture and keep you cool when you're heating up on the boot pack.

  • Dryride Durashell 2-layer (20K/15K)
  • Fully taped seams
  • Plain weave face fabric
  • Mid Fit
  • 2 mesh-lined, zippered inner thigh vents
  • 2 zippered hand, 2 cargo, 2 zippered rear pockets

Here's what others have to say...

Too small

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:Runs small
  • Height: 6'0"
    Weight: 175 lbs
    Size Purchased: Medium

I just don't understand what's going on with Burton's pants these days. Every year it seems that their pants get tighter. The Burton Vent is labeled as their Regular Fit but they fit like a skinny fit when it comes to the crotch and thighs. They are fine when standing up and may work well for some, but squatting in these is an absolute fail for me. I am quite slim with an athletic build. I might have been able to go to a large, but the waistband was already too big in a medium. I really wanted to like these pants. The venting system is just phenomenal, and I'd love up hear about other similar options. If you're a really really skinny guy, then you should check these out.

Skinny in the legs / spam purgatory

  • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it
  • Fit:Runs small
  • Height: 5'6"
    Weight: 170 lbs
    Size Purchased: M

I'm not fat but I bike and regularly do squats, deadlifts & lunges. I can't get my thighs into Burton pants, even though everywhere else they're the right size (length and waist). If your thighs are even a little bigger than normal, these run tight. Also - beware that if you order from Backcountry you'll be spammed to death for life - even if you "uncheck" the box about receiving e-mails and even if you unsubscribe.

Look great but Fail!!!!

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size
  • Height: 6'2"
    Weight: 180 lbs
    Size Purchased: Large

There's a lot of function here. And the fit is great. However the crotch and legs have a vent from left thigh to right thigh, that is Not stitched heavily enough. The stitching should be double stitched. So one bail. And my pants tore. And Burton might say full warranty. But it's on you to front the shipping and be patient. Again. Like the pants. Frustrated with the quality

Great look, great fit, keeps ya dry

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I'm 6'-2", 240lbs with a 38" waist. The XXL fit great, perfect length and the waist is comfortable. Probably could work for a 42 waist and down to 36. Kind of tired of the ultra baggy look so this gives you room without that gangster style.
